The Swedish indie and psych scene witnesses a notable addition as Telos Vision returns with its second full-length album, 'Decisions'. Released through the label Icons Creating Evil Art, the record is now available both digitally and on vinyl. At the heart of the project stands Teodor Boogh, a Gothenburg-born multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter, whose evolving artistry comes sharply into focus on this latest release.

Boogh’s journey to 'Decisions' has been marked by a significant period of personal change, most notably his relocation from Gothenburg to Stockholm. This move leaves a deep imprint on both the album’s lyrical content and its musicality, infusing the songs with an undercurrent of transition, uncertainty, and bold new beginnings. The record explores themes of choice, risk-taking, and embracing the unknown, resonating throughout both its introspective and its more assertive, anthemic moments.

Musically, 'Decisions' is a cohesive tapestry that intertwines ambitious indie rock with moments of stripped-back reflection. The opener, 'Tomorrow', establishes an inviting ambiance with understated warmth, making space for Boogh’s emotive songwriting to take center stage. In contrast, tracks like 'Nothing Else Matters' pulse with energy, driving the momentum forward and demonstrating Telos Vision’s capacity for dynamic range.

'Taking My Chances' pushes further into raw, unvarnished territory, presenting a sense of urgency and uncompromising spirit. Meanwhile, 'Walk Away' (featuring Goatman) stands out as an exploration into fuzz-laden, ritualistic psychedelia; here Telos Vision’s melodic sensibilities collide with a denser, more experimental sound, adding to the album’s diverse palette.

A special highlight is the track 'Do I?', co-written with Filip Johnson, which expands the project’s expressive scope even further. The album closes with 'For The First Time', a sweeping, climactic conclusion that tips its hat to classic psychedelic rock while remaining firmly rooted in Boogh’s distinctive voice.

What truly distinguishes 'Decisions' is its sense of unity and personal investment. Boogh has taken on virtually every aspect of the creative process—writing, recording, producing, and mixing the record himself. This comprehensive approach has resulted in a release that feels both grand and intimate, carefully balancing vulnerability with expansive ambition.

Though critical and popular responses to 'Decisions' have yet to be broadly documented, the album’s arrival consolidates Telos Vision’s standing as one of the more intriguing and promising acts among the new wave of Swedish indie and psych music. With its blend of evocative themes, skillful musicianship, and unguarded honesty, 'Decisions' marks an important step in the evolution of both Boogh as an artist and the wider scene to which he contributes.
